1Why Paid Accounts?
Paid accounts are designed to help you reach your fundraising goal faster by enabling you to keep 100% of all donations and avoid all credit card fees! Avoiding credit card fees means PayPal and WePay will always issue their credit card transaction fee. However, we enable donors to include the associated credit card fee in their donation. Credit card fees can vary. Amount donated and amount collected will not alway match one to one. Other sites typically take 5-10% of donations plus credit card fees, that is almost 12%! By keeping 100% you will reach your goal faster. All paid account users get a free copy of our fundraising book, The Book on Fundraising. This is a step-by-step guide to help new and experienced fundraisers keep up with the latest techniques to reach fundraising goals faster!
2Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the "My Account" tab on your dashboard and you will see your options.
3How are donations collected for my charity or cause?
All donations are direct deposited into your WePay and PayPal account real time.
4Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. DonationTo is a pay-as-you-go service. You pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again (You may cancel at anytime).
5What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice, or take a donation over the phone.
