Boys to Men Mentoring Network of North Central Arizona provides the �turning point� intervention in helping boys begin and sustain their journey to becoming good men. We serve the unique needs of adolescent boys by connecting them with trained, passionate adult men, powerful experiences, and long-term mentoring. Our mentors believe in the strengths of the boys and are committed to supporting them through listening, accepting, and encouraging. While we focus on the Prescott area, we welcome boys who come to us from from around Arizona and around the nation. We are a part of growing the National organization.   We are characterized by responsive, creative programs that serve and retain as many boys and families as possible. We are recognized by the communities we serve as a key part of youth development and are broadly supported due to our positive impact and contribution to the quality of life in these communities. Cooperation between and with families, schools, government and other youth service organizations is a national model for agency partnershicommitted leadership we have developed the capability to sustain continued growth through our ability to ensure the necessary human, financial and physical resources. We have attained benchmark program retention for both JMen and Staff with both realizing the rewards of our work.   We are recognized and celebrated as a wonderful, sustaining, and nuturing place to work and volunteer.

Impact Summary from the Nonprofit Goals from 2011 Strategic Plan (under renewal in 2013)  1.       Rites of Passage Adventure Weekends By 2016 have the resources and infrastructure to  host 6 local weekends/year Be able to recruit and train 40 staff/weekend. Support the creation of ROPAWs in other communities 2.       Sustainability By 2017 be able to fund 3 FTE positions.
