Introduced 11,666 elementary school children to symphonic music and dance through a program of the Young People's Concerts. 3. Improved the efficiency of office operations by upgrading information technology equipment and systems. 4. Collaborated with Civic Dance Center in the production of the Nutcracker Ballet. 5. Conducted an International Institute for symphony conductors, attracting participants from across the US as well as Europe and Asia. 1. Present a season of six subscription concerts of the highest quality. 2. Reach 12,000 children through the educational programs. 3. Review policies and procedures of the organization with new emphasis on more efficiency in operations. 4. Complete the fiscal year with a balanced budget. 5. Plan and execute one major fundraising event in the 2012/2013 Season.
