Alleys Rescued Angels is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all volunteer, husky rescue organization based in Apple Valley, California. We have a 10 acre ranch where all of our rescued huskies have comfortable kennels and get plenty of socialization and playtime as they await their new families. We are dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned Siberian Huskies throughout the counties of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and others within Southern California. We rescue not only the healthy and perfect huskies from the shelters but we save the medical dogs, the ones hit by cars, the sick and the seniors that get left behind. We pay for vet care, and operations if needed. We nurse them back to health and find them forever homes because no sibe should be left behind.
In 2012 we had 267 successful adoptions and we saved 280 animals from high kill shelters. We reached our 1000 adoption since starting ARA Canine Rescue inc. Purchased 10 acres for our Husky Rescue Ranch. Built kennels and became a licensed (and highly rated) rescue facility. Increased our social media "fan base" by 2000 new fans. Volunteers enabled us to start fundraising events. Northern California adoption program began.
