We operate under a simple, yet vital mission: “to engage and empower San Francisco Bay Area youth to discover career opportunities and cultivate their individual interests through training, guidance and employment experiences in a diverse and supportive learning environment”.
We train more than three hundred Bay Area youth annually and provide them with skills to successfully get a job, keep a job and explore career options. Our partnerships with Bay Area companies include Gap Inc, Kaiser Permanente, Chevron Energy Solutions, PG&E and scores of other employers. These partnerships enable us to provide youth with a combination of workshop-based skills development, college and career counseling and real-world work experience.
