Mission Statement Villa Chardonnay, Horses with Wings sanctuary is dedicated to the compassionate care of animals, primarily horses. We provide love, a home and critical care for abused, neglected, slaughter bound and/or abandoned creatures. By utilizing our horses for equine health assisted programs we improve both human and equine lives. Our ultimate goal is to improve animal rights, eliminate abusive training and be the voice for those who cannot speak.
Villa Chardonnay is an established and growing horse rescue and sanctuary. Currently home to 43 horses and total of 70 rescued animals. As we continue to grow so do our needs for additional space for more horses. We have continued to thrive in 2011 and grown our donations 3 times over 2010. However as feed prices continue to skyrocket we continue to need important monthly sponsorships and donations. Villa Chardonnay is in negotiations to acquire an equine facility that will home over 250 abandoned, starving and abused horses and become one of the largest horse rescue and sanctuaries in the nation.
